Making Progress … Connecting Providence College to the University of Richmond

The University of Richmond is doing it right with Emmett!

Upon receiving the pamphlet above I reached back out to the folks at Providence College, reconnecting to see how things are progressing regarding the possibility of a therapy dog as a part of their campus community. Steven Sears, Providence College’s VP for Student Affairs and Dean of Students, immediately asked that I connect him with Tom Roberts, Associate VP, Health and Well-being at the University of Richmond (Emmett’s home) so that Dean Sears can learn more about how it has been going with Emmett on campus. Mr. Roberts, enthusiastically and graciously, immediately responded to my request. I feel there may be some good things in the future at Providence College!
